jquery 1.3.2 and IntelliSense
If you get the following warning

Error updating JScript IntelliSense:
Object doesn’t support this property or method @2139:1
You need to download and install the following hotfix:
KB958502-JScript Editor support for “-vsdoc.js” IntelliSense documentation files
You can force Visual Studio to update JavaScript IntelliSense by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J.
The funny thing is that JavaScript IntelliSense worked with jquery 1.2.6 without installation of the hotfix.

No, it doesn’t fixes the problem.
I already had this hotfix installed, just installed again but the problem persists.

Luckily, if you’re using a –vsdoc.js file to augment jQuery, intellisense doesn’t fail because it ignores the actual jQuery source file. Unfortunately, there’s no intellisense file for JQuery 1.3.

ZK,
There is not reason to be using just 1.3. Upgrade to 1.3.2 and then use the following file: http://code.google.com/p/jqueryjs/downloads/detail?name=jquery-1.3.2-vsdoc2.js. 1.3.2 includes bug fixes and performance enchancments for 1.3.
Here is the release post for 1.3.2 http://blog.jquery.com/2009/02/20/jquery-132-released/
Cheers

To everyone that said the hotfix did not fix the problem make sure that your source file and the annotated file names match. So if you downloaded the jquery minified file it should be named jquery-1.3.2.min.js. So you must rename the annotated file to jquery-1.3.2.min-vsdoc2.js
Cheers,
Edgardo

To solve this problem. Rename the file "jquery-1.3.2-vsdoc2.js" –> "jquery-1.3.2-vsdoc.js". And then force VS2008 update intellisense by press Ctr+Shilf+J.
